SOLAR PANELS AND OFF-GRID SOLUTIONS

Elpec Energy helps you with a complete solution – we create a project, order equipment, install and configure. We help to prepare the necessary documentation for joining Elektrilevi and receiving a renewable energy fee.

Renewable energy is emerging and becoming more and more accessible to people – especially in terms of price and efficiency.

Today, Elpec Energy OÜ has designed and built more than 3 MW solar parks; in addition, we have built connection points for solar parks through tripartite agreements with Elektrilevi and the customer. We are one of the few companies in Estonia that can build solar parks with its team without using subcontracting, starting from solar panels to the construction of the connection point/substation.

In addition to turnkey construction, we also offer customers the sale of materials – solar panels, inverters, and various fastening solutions for both roofs and land parks.

WHY INVEST IN SOLAR PANELS?

In Estonia, the amount of solar radiation is comparable to Central Europe; the average amount of radiation has an optimal slope and azimuth of 1100-1200 kWh/m2, 85% of which falls between April and October. An optimally installed 1 kW PV plant produces 900 to 1000 kWh of energy per year. The energy productivity of solar panels installed in Estonia is equivalent to the southern countries, as Estonia’s cooler climate increases the efficiency of solar panels.

We offer our customers turnkey construction of a solar park, starting from the design to the connection point, the construction of substations.

OFF-GRID SOLUTIONS

In addition to solar parks, we offer customers off-grid solutions. We use battery banks, solar panels, and, if necessary, generators, which provide the customer with electricity at any time in a situation where there is no network, or the construction of the network is too expensive.

GENERAL CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT

We perform construction works on a general contract basis all over Estonia.
Construction project management – we offer planning and management of the construction process using the project management method, which could be suitable for a customer who wants to participate in a more active process.
Design – we offer design services in cooperation with reliable partners. By involving the know-how of the construction company in the initial design phase, the client saves time and resources in the later process. The solutions are optimal, and the operation of the building is convenient and at a reasonable cost.
Development activities – we are ready to share development know-how and cooperation with the customer, leading development activities from idea to implementation, if necessary.

SERVICES

CONSTRUCTION OF DWELLINGS AND APARTMENT BUILDINGS

Detached houses, semi-detached houses, terraced houses, apartment buildings and communal houses from sketch to turnkey solutions. We offer previously processed projects, i.e., the so-called standard projects as well as special projects. In the case of standard solutions, we can provide a price indication already in the initial phase of the inquiry and the construction process can be started immediately.

CONSTRUCTION OF OFFICE AND COMMERCIAL PREMISES

Construction and reconstruction of commercial and office premises in accordance with the wishes of the customer, which is mainly considered as internal work. As a rule, the full duration of the reconstruction of office and retail space is 100 m2/1 week (i.e., the reconstruction of 300 m2 of office space as interior work with a duration of 3 weeks). Particularly for time-critical projects, work is carried out in several shifts. The advantage is definitely the in-house department that specializes in the construction of technical systems.

CONSTRUCTION OF WAREHOUSES AND INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS

All kinds of warehouse and industrial buildings incl. construction of light halls, PVC halls, sandwich panel insulated buildings, gable roof halls, cold stores and other special-purpose buildings. In the initial phase of the project, we help to think through the minimum functions of the building and involve designers to always find a solution that meets the customer’s needs and the most suitable price class.

AGRICULTURAL CONSTRUCTION

Construction of storage facilities, tanks, barns, and farms is a specific area in which we always involve skilled information in the form of experienced partners. We can guarantee and implement even the most complex solutions, from “thinking on paper” to the delivery and installation of technological equipment.
